Join Our Team! Part-Time Library Assistant – Little Falls Public Library
Position Summary:
The Little Falls Public Library is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
individual to join our team as a Library Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a
dynamic environment, supporting a variety of essential library services and engaging with our
community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to design promotional materials using Canva, including flyers for library
programs, newsletters, and similar content.
• Assist patrons in a friendly and helpful manner, answering questions and guiding them
to library resources.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, manage holds, and process overdue materials.
• Technology Support: Provide basic tech help, including assistance with public
computers, printing, and accessing digital services.
• Program Support: Help prepare, set up, and clean up for children’s and adult programs,
and assist participants during events.
• Assist in the shelving and organization of library material, ensuring that the library is
neat and orderly.

• Basic computer proficiency is a must.

Position Details:
• Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week (flexibility required).
• Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience.
