Part-time Bookkeeper – Dunellen Public Library

The Dunellen Public Library seeks a part-time bookkeeper to manage the library’s accounts.

 

The duties include: review and prepare vouchers for vendor payment;  make weekly bank deposits;  reconcile monthly bank statements;  prepare monthly financial reports and bill lists, with checks, for library board meetings; other related duties. 

Minimum of three years’ related experience;  must be proficient in QuickBooks.  Seven to nine hours per week, on site.  Rate $25.16/hour.
